Booking inquiry
Sending a WhatsApp message or email does not automatically confirm a booking. A booking is completed only after the team confirms the conditions and the customer follows the instructions provided during assistance.
Navigation, weather and safety
Routes, stops and schedules may change due to weather, sea, operational or safety conditions. Instructions from the captain and team must be followed throughout the experience.
